Post-nuptial Agreements

A postnuptial agreement is a written contract executed after a couple gets married to settle the couple’s affairs and assets in the event of a divorce. If specific fiscal concerns are the source of tension in your marriage a post-nuptial agreement may be a solution. A postnuptial agreement might be used to determine who owns assets, set a budget for household expenses, or remove a business from the table in the event of a divorce. A post-nuptial agreement can help relieve the pressure experienced by a couple during marriage regarding their finances or financial estate.
